Real Estate School

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Must finish a minimum 60 hours

You must pay an enrollment fee of $250 + $100(text books) for our correspondence course.
The registration will last for one year and consist of:

• Principles and Practices
• Property Management, Legal Aspects, Appraisal, Finance, Economics, or Escrow
• Course textbooks
• Certificate
• There is also an optional master examination preparation book

Upon completion of the courses, a certificate will be issued after final test.
Salesperson DRE exam application requires Certificate / Application.
Passing rate: 70% (National), 75% (State)

BROKER LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

Broker License Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18 years old
• Must have at least 2 years full-time licensed salesperson experience within the last 5 years

For the Home Study Broker Salesperson Course:

• 5 required courses: Practice / Legal-Aspects / Appraisal / Finance / Economics or Accounting
• 3 optional courses from the following: Principles / Business Law / Property Management / Escrow
• Each course is $80; a total of 8 courses are $640
• A total of 8 courses (24 credits) must be completed

• Agency / Ethics / Fair Housing / Trust Fund / Risk Management / Real Estate matters / Management & Supervision

Broker License Requirements

• 45 hours continuing education for every 4 years (fee: $115)

Upon completion courses, a certificate will be issued.
